  • Publicado el 30 de Julio de 2018

The international trade fair for paper, office supplies and stationery focuses sharply on "the visionary office" and "the stationery trends" in 2019. While the planning phase is in full swing, more than 1,100 exhibitors have already registered six months before Paperworld. From 26 to 29 January 2019, world-leading manufacturers and innovative start-ups will present on seven hall levels what the future holds in store for the modern office and private stationery sector.

"The positive number of registrations and the return of numerous major players from the sector show that Paperworld is the industry highlight for manufacturers, and the most important international sales platform," says Michael Reichhold, Director of Paperworld.

In 2019, the Office area will be located in Halls 3.0, 4.0 and 5.1: In Hall 3.0 in the office supplies product area, Exacompta-Clairefontaine, Herma, HSM, Krug and Priester (Ideal), Olympia and Veloflex, among others, will present their product range. Exhibiting once again with their own stand since 2016 are: Durable, Holtz, Jakob Maul, Novus Dahle, Pelikan, Schneider Schreibgeräte, Sigel, Tesa and Trodat.

"In our view, Paperworld is still one of the most important trade fairs in the industry. It gives us the opportunity to meet and inform our customers and business partners in an excellent environment. We operate globally, so the increasing number of international visitors is very encouraging. That's why Durable decided once again to be present in Frankfurt in 2019 with our numerous innovations," says Horst-Werner Maier-Hunke, Managing Director of Durable.

In Hall 3.0, the supporting programme revolves once again around the "Future Office". This time, the special show with a speaker program and exhibition space will focus on flexibility.

Hall 4.0 will be divided into two areas: writing instruments and school supplies. Among others, the writing instrument exhibitors include: Adel, Carioca, Kum, Möbius & Ruppert, Scrikss and Standardgraph. Peter Eberl, Managing Director of Standardgraph Zeichentechnik, says of his participation: "Standardgraph has been exhibiting at Paperworld for many years. On the one hand, the trade fair gives us the opportunity to present new products to a broad customer base. On the other, in addition to our domestic customers, we also get the chance to meet our export customers there."

The Remanexpo area with (remanufactured) printer consumables moves to Hall 5.1, along with Axro, Clover, Integral, Imcopex, Pedro Schöller, SAS Armor, Static Control, Winterholdt & Hering, and WTA Carsten Weser. A welcome returnee in this area is KMP AG.

"The relocation of the Remanexpo area to Hall 5.1 was one of the reasons we decided to exhibit at Paperworld 2019. We want to present ourselves again to the specialist retailers there as a European alternative to the original manufacturers, with inkjet and toner cartridges made in Europe. Of course, we are hoping for a strong presence by the specialised trade, and plenty of personal contacts with existing business partners as well as potential new customers," says Jan-Michael Sieg, CEO of KMP AG. In addition, the "Remcon Seminars" series of lectures will be held in Hall 5.1, presenting current industry topics and offering visitors opportunities for networking.

The Stationery area in Hall 4.0 and now also in Hall 3.1 is home to everything visitors need in the area of paper and stationery products for the non-business sector: Hall 4.0 will be divided into two areas: writing instruments and school supplies. Gabol, Lyc Sac, Sportandem and Uitgevrij Lannoo, Zipit will present everything for school use. New in Hall 4.0 in 2019 is the special presentation on "The future of learning".

In Hall 3.1, greeting card publishers such as Hallmark Cards and UK-Greetings as well as suppliers of gift articles and greeting cards like bsb-obpacher, Depesche, and Becker & Becker Vertrieb (known as Grafik Werkstatt) will be exhibiting. Paper + Design will also take part and show their table tops."Paperworld is a highlight that we are all excited about. In Frankfurt you get a feeling for what is moving the global market. The fair is always an important platform for us to perfectly showcase our new products at a high level. We offer our national and international visitors complete packaging and gift giving concepts, and look forward once again to numerous interesting contacts from home and abroad", says Nils Wittler, Managing Director of bsb-obpacher GmbH.Manufacturers such as Francesco Brizzolari, Saul Sadoch and Zöllner-Wiethoff present their gift packaging.

“Paperworld represents, for us, the main fair of the year - because it is held at the right time in January, in the right location at the centre of Europe and because of the high visibility it brings for our core business. Indeed, over the last two decades, participation has become a matter of best practice, as we seek to consolidate and grow our export business”, says Marina Brizzolari, Marketingdirector at Francesco Brizzolari. Leuchtturm Albenverlag is also participating on this level of the exhibition hall with organisational aids, calendars and notepads.

"Paperworld offers a unique platform for our brands Leuchtturm1917, Semikolon, Treuleben, and Legendär, where we meet customers and partners from over 20 countries," says Philip Döbler, Managing Director of the Leuchtturm Group. In addition, Artoz Papier and Rössler Papier will be showing paperware, while Caran d'Ache present tablet pens, and Kaweco H&M Gutberlet writing instruments. Hall 3.1 also offers trend-setting ideas for trade visitors with a variety of special exhibitions. This is the home of "Paperworld Trends" with concepts for store design and product range composition as well as the "Mr. Books & Mrs. Paper" area with suggestions on combining books with non-book articles.

Halls 1.1, 1.2 and Forum 0 are reserved for exhibitors with paper-related products, office supplies and stationery for volume buyers (international sourcing). Among others, exhibitors include D.H.A. Siamwalla Ltd, Eagle - Tung Yung International, Flair Writing Industries Private Ltd, Soni Polymeres, and Wenzhou Aihao Pen Trade Co. Ltd.
