  • Publicado el 11 de Julio de 2016

In the wide range of control systems presented by GAMA at Drupa – hall 10, booth D40 – we launched the new systems G33 and G34 for the control of temperature and viscosity of EB inks, used in the production of flexible packaging. On these systems was focused most of the visitors’ interest. “The flexographic printing system for EB inks was mong the news presented by the manufacturers at Drupa, within the packaging solutions”, says Sante Conselvan, Sales & Marketing Director of GAMA. “The leader companies in the sector presented this kind of machines with the GAMA systems installed for the control of the EB inks: plenty of demos were the demo carried out and they raised great interest. The advantages of these solutions lie in the lower environmental impact and in the colour stability, widened by the ink control and correction. Here the GAMA solutions come into play”.

“At our booth we collected hundreds of contacts, with requests of offers both for viscometers to install on new machines and as retrofit, especially from Middle East and from Asia. The viscometer becomes an essential accessory to increase the quality and reduce the costs: goals which also emerging markets aim to”. GAMA International was there also at hall 5 - booth A16, with the new solutions of internal logistics of the GI automatic sleeve storage system series. These systems solve the problem of Sleeve storage, that require optimal conditions to avoid deformations and consequent impossibility of further use, but also solutions to move and store materials such as rotogravure cylinders, film and paper reels.

The GI automatic sleeve storage system solutions are automatic and user-adjustable systems for the sleeve storage, that allow the archiving on more levels with a particularly compact design. “Our commitment is to find the most suitable solution for the pruduction needs of the client to be able to realize the tailor-made automatic storage”, comments Sergio Puoti, Sales Manager of the GAMA Logistics Division. “We are able to realize a storage in a space of 50 m2 for 5 meters of height where to conserve a thousand sleeves”. “At Drupa we sold four systems of internal logistics: considering that we presented these solutions for the first time at the fair, we are very satisfied”.

Sante Conselvan concludes: “Drupa came back to its levels of eight years ago. These years our company has grown and today the GAMA viscometers are all over the world, thanks to the great work of implementation of the systems in the printing machines, to offer greater benefits to the client. We are pleased with the countless visits of the clients to our booths, which confirm the leadership role held by GAMA in the quality control sector”.

GAMA designs and produces automatic systems for the control of inks, varnishes, glue and adhesives for Packaging, Labels and Converting. GAMA has installed more than 9,000 systems worldwide. The GAMA solutions are sold to clients of packaging, labels, newspapers, commercial print and in OEM to the manufacturers.
